Well,if not, here's my guess. I know you like Pterodactyls ... so maybe you are trying to attract one by building a nest for it to lay eggs in? (Do Pterodactyls lay eggs?)
What an awesome idea, Nancy! I should totally build a pterodactyl nest in my front yard! Laura and Megan, you're both close. It's a "mumu" pit. Dig a hole, light a fire, heat up some stones, put your food on the hot stones, cover the food with banana leaves and bury it, and a few hours later your dinner is roasted to perfection!

no idea. fire pit? food prep area? looks like it could be corn husks but I can't quite tell.
